Hello Lovelies,
I just wanted to give a brief update on my weight loss. I have been doing okay I must admit. Here lately I have gotten discouraged because of not seeing much of any pounds loss any loss; I do however feel and see the difference in inches. I feel that it’s a mental thing when you see the difference in numbers you feel that since of relief, but when you don’t you kinda feel like giving up. At first that is what I felt, but after completely thinking it over I know that it’s very easy to give up and I have come to far to simply give up..not NOW and not EVER! I refuse to do so! So I have came to terms with it and I know that giving up is not an OPTION and I will continue to work hard at it because it’s a work in progress. I do feel that at some point your body plateaus and that it’s important to switch up your routine so that your body won’t get immune to the things that you are constantly doing. It’s also important to work on target areas of the body. I feel that in some cases you lose inches before you lose pounds and for me that appears to be the case and I’m okay with that. All of our body’s are different so you just have to take the good with the bad. So yes I’m not losing the weight according to the scale, but my clothes tell me differently and besides that I feel better. I have lost enough inches to notice some clothes fitting a lot better than they were when I bought them and also I have even lost a dress size as well. I didn’t gain all the weight at once so it isn’t possible to lose it all at once either. I mean that’s just not realistic, but any progress is appreciated.
I have taken full advantage of my Smooth 5.65 treadmill and have built up my endurance to run a lot more off and on while using it. So I starting out walking at first and then after a few minutes or so I build up to running for at least 2 minutes or so and I do this off and on the entire time I’m using the treadmilll which right now is up to about 45 mins lately. Sometimes 30 if I incorporate it with Zumba. The Im-Pression Shock Absorption Cushioning System is great and it’s exclusive technology provides a soft landing for the front foot and firm push-off for the rear foot, reducing harmful impact on the joints and back. Exercise on the Smooth 5.65 treadmill more safely, comfortably and for longer periods of time with less fatigue.
