Hey Lovelies,
I know it’s been a while, and I truly appreciate the support from each and everyone of you. I’m so thankful for the emails, texts and FB messages from those who checked on me to see how I was doing…they truly meant a lot. There has been so much that has happened in my life over the last past months and I will fill you guys in on the details later, but I just wanted to let you guys know that all is well and that I’m back to blogging and will try to get back to some type consistency….just bare with me 🙂
Life Happens
I had planned on returning to blogging in the beginning of April, but about two weeks after we moved we had a house fire (yes you read that right) which set things back even further. It’s like over the last few months or so I have received so many tests, but I’m keeping Faith and I know that God doesn’t put us through nothing we can’t handle. I’m a believer that all things happen for a reason and for that I’m grateful for all that I’ve gone through.
Your experiences are designed to shape you, define you and, hopefully, grow you into the best you possible. So for now I try to laugh through the confusion, smile through the tears and constantly keep reminding myself that everything does happen for a reason.
I hope everyone enjoyed their Mother’s Day. Mine was great…I had brunch with my family and spent the rest of the day relaxing and resting doing absolutely nothing…what more can a mom ask for 🙂 While I was away from blogging I still managed to take some pictures of my family and I to share with you all…Enjoy! xoxo (I apologize in advance for the picture quality, but these pictures were taken using my iPhone)

You are right, life does happen, but we are so glad you are back to blogging. You have inspired me to stop just buying cute clothes and staring at them on the hangers, but to put them on and start living in them! I know that whatever you need right now, God is going to supply it, and I look forward to more posts!

I absolutely love how you’re giving God the glory in the midst of this test. Like you said he want put too much on us we can’t handle. You and your family are still in my prayers. But girl I love the pictures. That tee-shirt “Fresh off the runway” is so freaking adorable and very fashionable I like, and you dressed it up really nice with the matching kicks. Who said divas can’t work tennis and still look fly!!! Loving the family pictures. Continue to follow your dreams friend while putting God first and he will lead you to your destination. From one fashionista to another take care, live, laugh, and shop 🙂
