What I Wore: {Phillip Lim Leopard Dress}

Hello Lovelies,

I know it’s been a while since I last did a What I Wore outfit post, but life as usual has been hectic and I’m just taking it a day at a time a slowly getting my mojo back; anyhow, I was able to shop the Phillip Lim Collection for Target and I’m so glad that I did. I didn’t run to the store the day the line was released because I just refuse to be fighting with customers over clothing or anything else, but I did get a chance to browse the collection online and was able to find a few pieces in my area. Normally I would have purchased the items online, but I had heard the sizing was a bit inconsistent and wanted to try everything on before deciding to make a purchase. This leopard dress is one of the items I lucked up with and I also purchased the BOOM sweater as well. I really wanted the leopard sweater too, but it was sold out both online and in the stores.

The dress is very comfortable and has plenty of stretch and I’m wearing a Large. I will say that I absolutely love the collection and so disappointed that I didn’t get everything that I wanted. It was great being able to shop the Phillip Lim Collection at such an affordable price. This dress is the perfect print for all seasons and definitely a perfect color to tie in with my fall wardrobe. The fit of this dress is perfect and accentuates my curves without it being to clingy.

I decided to pair this dress with gold tones and these lovely cream wedges purchased from Shoe Dazzle and they went perfectly. I’m also looking forward to pairing this dress with tights and a blazer too!
