Tell us a little about your blog

Food Fashion and Flow, is a lifestyle blog with a focus on personal style, fashion inspiration, food, and exciting places to eat shop and play in Los Angeles. And their is also a healthy dose of life inspiration where I share my poetry, my musings on life and encourage my readers through sharing some of my personal experiences and offer words to encourage and edify them through the flow section of the blog. My blog explores all of my passions and gives my readers a 360 experience.

What are some things you have learned being a fashion blogger that you care to share?
One of the great things about fashion blogging is freedom of expression. I have learned that it is ok to be fearless in your fashion choices and that we don’t all have to have the same style to appreciate each other.

What are your wardrobe must haves?
Amazing shoes,  animal print anything, statement handbags and jewelry are all staple items for me.  The accessories can make an average outfit have a WOW factor. Accessories are that secret sauce that really make an outfit POP.

Vintage or trends?
I love vintage and I have fun with trends through bold and fun accessories.  I like to buy clothing that can last season after season and be remixed to look new, fresh and stylish.

How would you define your style?
My style is always evolving, but I tend to lean towards a classic and timeless aesthetic and add bold colorful accessories.
