Kohl’s Spring Trends: {Bold Color & Flirty Lace}

Being that I’m a big fan of Kohl’s, especially considering my recent trip to New York as one of the selected winners for the Rock & Republic Fashion Show. I was delighted when I was provided with the opportunity to put together an outfit that features the bold color trend. I’m such a big fan of color and I’m almost always drawn to color no matter what. Bold colors are definitely on trend right now and perfect for both the spring and summer season. I just love the effect that color gives any outfit. It brings life to basic colors and gives that extra pop. This look was very chic and comfy both at the same time and this coral ruffle top was the perfect pop of color along with the leopard loafers and clutch. I loved the cascading ruffles detailing that decorated the front of this blouse giving a sweet appeal. The other look I chose to go with was the blush pink lace top which was also another FAV because I love the fact that lace is very flirty and this top is such a versatile piece that can be worn in many different ways.

What I love about Kohl’s is each time I visit is the great selection they have which works for any style type. When I shop at Kohl’s I’m stuck in the store for hours undecided on my final choices. It’s always so hard to narrow down my choices and that’s what keeps me going back each time. Matter of fact I have some things now that I have been stalking that I just have to have. I am absolutely in love with the leopard clutch that I purchased which can be worn either with the strap or without and it also comes in other colors as well hence why I need to purchase it in orange also. During my visit to Kohl’s I was able to save between $15-20 off each item I purchased because of the sales. They are constantly having some type of promotion which means you almost never end up paying original prices for anything. Kohl’s has a variety of brands that I absolutely love, each that offers GREAT quality. Some of my favorites are Elle, Jennifer Lopez, Rock & Republic, and Apt. 9.

I decided to go with the coral ruffle top because again I’m always drawn to color and also the detailing in the top was the part that caught my eye. Being that it isn’t summer just yet, the mornings are still somewhat cooler (some days anyways) I thought this crochet cropped cardigan was perfect to pair with this flowy ruffled top. I was in AWE when I found the leopard shoes and clutch which gave the extra spice I needed to go along with this look. I wasn’t in the mood for heels f0r this look in particular, but still wanted to keep it chic so I decide to go with flats and why not go with the leopard ones at that..SCORE! I also have these in royal blue as well because I’m such a sucker for anything that’s royal blue lol.
