Our next big leap is to purchase a home, and right now we are setting ourselves up so that when that time comes we are completely prepared for it. Of course it won’t happen immediately being that my husband is military and we are constantly moving all the time; however, in a few years once we are settled and ready to make that “Big Leap” we will definitely be prepared for that next big chapter in our lives. But before that process begins there are important things for us to do before we purchase our first home:
- Familiarize ourselves with the area we decide to move in.
- Know our credit score. We’ll be making sure our credit reports are accurate so we aren’t blindsided.
- Know how much house we want to buy and stay withing our means.
- Compile a list of requirements and must have in our home.
- Do our own research. Check into the neighborhood, schools, and crime rates in the areas we are interested in moving in.

I love Hondas! They are awesome cars and long freaking lasting. I was going to get one a few months back but I chose the same I already had. Next time I am definitely going with the Honday CRV or a Pilot.
