About a week or so ago I was approached by the program director of Clear Channel radio here in San Antonio and was provided with the opportunity to do some commentary for red carpet looks for this upcoming award season for Q101.9 here in San Antonio. So last nite I did some on air tie-ins with Jennie from Q101.9 for the Golden Globe Awards Pre-Show and it was so much fun. This was my first time actually doing something on air besides a few YouTube videos from time to time. I was so excited and appreciative of this opportunity and looking forward to working with them again. It was like a bit of a rush being able to provide my feedback and discuss celebrity style and fashion and also being able to do it on air made it that much more exciting. I will admit at first I was a bit nervous and afraid of how I was going to look and sound, but still stoked about it. Although I’m still not happy with my overall appearance during the show, I won’t allow that to get me down to much while I’m in the moment. Wait who am I kidding, as hard as I try to put it in the back of my mind of how fat I looked I can’t help but think about it although they say the camera adds at least 10 extra pounds lol. But at the end of the day it’s about the opportunity and that someone actually liked what I was doing on my blog enough to contact me with such a great opportunity and that I am thankful for. I love the military look it takes me back to the early 80’s and the video of you with Q101.9 was great for a first timer you have the potential for that kind of career seeing that you are great with fashion such as hair, make-up, clothing & accessories. Always remember the camera does make you look bigger and besides I think you nice and just keep up the good work, you never know where this may take you. Just like Clear Channel recognize you something even bigger may come along & just let GOD do the leading you. I wish you nothing but the best and I will show this to Ty.
