Item of the Week 6/6

Since I'm a new blogger I want to start out by introducing an item of the week.  Each week I will post an item that I have purchased to share with you. The products will consist of beauty products, clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes or anything that I purchase and like enough to tell you about.

So I will start out with my first Item of the Week which is a Michael Kors Braided Grommet Large Handbag in Navy. This bag was recently purchased for me by my husband for our anniversary from the Michael Kors Outlet Store here in Hawaii.  I am a handbag lover and so happy that I have this new handbag to add to my collection.

I wasn't really feeling the look of Trina or Chilli.  I think Trina should have smiled and pretended that she wanted to be there. Her dress was okay but she looks a bit upset or mad about something. Chilli could have at least got a jumpsuit that fit a little more to the body because the one she is wearing doesn't flatter her shape.  Keri Hilson rocked her looked very well with her lingerie and khaki look.  Brandy also rocked her look with a sparkled sequin mini and asymmetrical top and nice peep toe heels and I just loved her hair.  Taraji P. Henson looked very sultry in her brown sheer dress and topped it off with a simple black clutch and peep toe heels.

Forever 21 now has a new clothing line for extended sizes..these extended sizes are tailored more for curvy fashionistas. Faith 21 is a line of clothing similart to Forever 21, but with extended sizes. Their sizes range from XL-2X.

The average American woman is a size 14, and with that being said it's very difficult sometimes to find cute inspiring clothes when most designers don't go beyond a size 10.  So far Faith 21 clothing can be found at Forever 21 at Lakewood Center Mall, Montebello Town Center, Los Cerritos Mall, Anaheim Plaza and online 24/7 at Faith 21.  I am a shopper of theirs and will say that their clothes are both cheap and chic.  They are forever updating their website and new looks are added almost on a daily bases so make sure to check them out online at Faith 21.

Jennifer Hudson's Weight Loss

I am a big fan of Jennifer Hudson and I just love her new look.  After the birth of her son in August of last year (2009) Jennifer has lost more than the baby weight and is even smaller than she was before she had her baby.  She is now the spokeswoman for Weight Watchers.  I am inspired by her motivation and determination to lose the weight.  She was beautiful in my opinion with or without the weight loss..but now she is more FABULOUS with a healthier lifestyle.  Big thumbs up to Jennifer.  I am definitely a big fan!!
